Kickboxing

This class works it all - upper body, lower body, ride side, left side, inside, outside, strength, shape, tone, definition and bone density. Blend combinations of proper kicking, punching and blocking techniques using the heavy and speed bags, double end ball, and punching mitts. This class provides the overall body work out you’ve been looking for!

 

Boxing

This is the perfect class to learn or improve basic boxing techniques while training like a pro and providing your body with overall conditioning. Classes cover proper punching technique, and offensive and defensive movement using the heavy bag, mitts, double end ball and speed bag. Develop your footwork, rhythm, timing, distance, accuracy, and reflexes.  You’ll develop boxing skills while have a great workout!

 

Fitness and Flexibility

Fitness and Flexibility class is broken down into three stages - loosen up, warm up and flexibility. It’s a great overall workout without using machines or equipment. You will use your body as a source of resistance to develop muscle strength, tone, and definition.  A good portion of the class time is devoted to abdominal exercises to build core strength. You can go at your pace to develop your range of motion and movement and working every muscle in your body.

 

Karate

Learn traditional Shotokan Karate: one of the most popular styles in the world. It is a combination of hard style and soft style, combining punching and kicking techniques. You’ll learn and practice your karate techniques through kata, kumite (sparring) and self-defense.  Karate classes are available for ages 3 to adult.  It is never too early or too late to start training in the martial arts!
